CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) merupakan suatu model untuk meningkatkan suatu proses dalam organisasi atau perusahaan. Proses ini melibatkan 2 komponen lainnya yaitu orang dan teknologi.

Dengan meningkatkan proses yang dinilai berdasarkan model CMMI pada suatu perusahaan atau organisasi, maka CMMI akan bermanfaat untuk memperbaik prediksi jadwal dan budget, waktu siklus, kualitas, moral pegawai, meningkatkan produktivitas, kepuasan pelanggan, return of investment dan mengurangi biaya kualitas.

Pada training ini peserta akan dibekali pemahaman dan praktik secara mendalam untuk mampu mewujudkan suatu perusahaan atau organisasi meraih level maturuty tertentu berdasarkan model CMMI sehingga diakui secara global dan mampu memberikan manfaat-manfaat di atas bagi perusahaan atau organisasi anda.

INSTRUCTOR

pak rustamajiRustamaji. Menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 (B.Eng) di University of Manchester pada tahun 1994, dan S2 (M.Sc) di Manchester Metropolitan University pada tahun 1996. Berpengalaman sebagai programmer, tester, systems analyst, project manager, product manager dan principal consultant. Memiliki pengalaman mengerjakan project di beberapa perusahaan di dalam maupun luar negeri. Saat ini aktif mengajar sebagai trainer/consultant dan praktisi di instansi swasta dan pemerintahan.

 

Endy Muhardin. Kelahiran Jakarta, 8 Juni 1979. Menyelesaikan program S1 di Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Telekomunikasi Bandung pada tahun 2001. Tersertifikasi PHP 4, Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition, Java 2 non-GUI dan Java 2 Fundamentals dari Brainbench. Aktif sebagai pengajar dan pengembang software house dengan teknologi Java 6, Oracle, Spring Framework, JPOS (ISO-8583) dan MySQL.
