(IT Infrastructure Library) terdiri dari 5 bagian: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation dan Continual Service Improvement. ITIL ini awalnya digunakan oleh Office of Government Commerce (OGC – UK government) yang kemudian banyak yang mengadopsi menjadi sebuah standar dalam pelayanan berbasiskan Teknologi Informasi. Brainmatics membuka kelas special dalam pemahaman dan implementasi standarisasi ITIL ini kepada perusahaan-perusahaan yang akan mengadopsi ITIL sebagai standar layanan berbasikan Teknologi Informasi. Peserta juga akan dibekali kemampuan untuk menghadapi ujian sertifikasi ITIL Foundation.

INSTRUCTOR

Ahmad Reza Aminy. Menyelesaikan S2 Jurusan Ilmu Komputer di Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2001. Telah tersertifikasi CISA, CISM, CRISC, CGEIT, ITILF, ISFS dan CCE. Berpengalaman kurang lebih 10 tahun sebagai Information Systems Auditor, dan IS Consultant. Memiliki keahlian dan tertarik dalam bidang IT Audit, IT Risk Management, IT Governance, IT Strategy, IT Infrastructure Library dan Risk Management.

 

 

 

Nico Syafrizal. Lahir di Pangkalan Brandan, 7 April 1970. Menempuh pendidikan S1, jurusan Teknik Informatika di Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) pada tahun 1996. Menyelesaikan S2, jurusan Manajemen Sistem Informasi di Universitas Bina Nusantara Jakarta pada tahun 2006. Telah tersertifikasi CISA dan ITIL-Foundation. Sudah lebih 8 tahun berpengalaman menjadi trainer pada bidang manajemen IT.
